Acceptance of Terms & Scope of This Agreement

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the g1000 platform, you agree to be bound by all the conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to proceed with registration or use of the platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and g1000 as the platform operator. This document applies to all users who access the platform via web browser, mobile application, or any other device. Continued use of the platform following any updates to these Terms will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.

This platform is intended for users aged 18 and above who are Malaysian citizens or legal residents. g1000 reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time to ensure compliance with this requirement.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the g1000 platform. All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. g1000 reserves the right to suspend or close any account found to be using false or misleading information.

Users are solely responsible for keeping their account password secure and must not share it with anyone. You are accountable for all activity that occurs under your account, unless you promptly report any unauthorised access to us.

Security & Verification

To protect account security, g1000 may request identity verification at any time, including during your first withdrawal or when unusual account activity is detected. Acceptable verification documents may include a national identity card or equivalent official document.

Users are prohibited from using automation tools, bots, scripts, or third-party software to access or interact with the platform. Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or exploit system vulnerabilities is strictly forbidden and may result in account closure as well as legal action.

Payment Information, Deposits & MYR Transactions

All financial transactions on the g1000 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is registered in their own name. g1000 does not accept payments from third-party accounts.

Deposits credited to an account are non-refundable except under specific circumstances as determined by the platform and following completion of the review process. Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account registered and verified by the user. Processing times vary depending on the payment method selected and may take anywhere from a few minutes to two business days.

G1000 reserves the right to hold or suspend withdrawals while identity verification is being carried out, particularly where the withdrawal amount exceeds a certain threshold or where signs of suspicious activity are detected. Users will be notified of any such holds via a notification in their account.

All transactions are subject to minimum and maximum limits set by the platform, which may change from time to time. Current limits can be viewed in the user's wallet settings.

Liability Limits, Account Policies & Intellectual Property

Liability Limits

G1000 is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including technical service disruptions, transaction delays caused by third parties, or game outcomes. The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability.

Account Suspension & Closure

G1000 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances: fraud or system manipulation, use of a false identity, exceeding multi-account limits, or any material breach of these terms. Remaining balances in accounts closed due to violations may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.

Intellectual Property

All content on the g1000 platform — including trade names, logos, interface designs, text, graphics, and software code — is the exclusive property of g1000 or our licensed suppliers. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Governing Law

The g1000 platform may integrate services or content from third-party providers, including game providers and payment processing systems. g1000 is not responsible for the privacy policies, security, or content provided by those third parties. Users are encouraged to read the relevant terms and privacy policies of any third-party provider before engaging with their services.

Changes to These Terms

G1000 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the terms will always be displayed on this page with a clear update date. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure they remain in compliance with the most current version.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the use of the g1000 platform will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts. Users agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through the platform's designated channels before pursuing formal legal action.
